Terms and Conditions

By participating in this campaign, you are deemed to agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (and any amendments thereto), to authorize The Walt Disney Company (Hong Kong) Limited (“TWDCHK”) and any third party designated by TWDCHK (collectively, the “Organizer”) to use your personal information provided for the purposes of matters related to this campaign, and represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements set out herein below upon participation.

1. Eligibility:
- This campaign is only open to Disney+ subscribers who hold an active subscription.
- You must be at least 18 years old.

2. Promotion Period:
- The promotion commences during the theatrical release period of Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story 5. Limited quantity while supplies last on first-come-first-served basis.

3. How to Redeem:
- Purchase 2 Toy Story 5 tickets at any Emperor Cinemas in Hong Kong and enter the promo code from Disney+ newsletter on their online gift redemption platform. Styles are random. Limited quantity while supplies last on first-come-first-served basis. (Quota: 6,000).

4. Prize
- The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives, and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
- The Prize shall be subject to the applicable terms and conditions and/or policies, which may be amended or supplemented from time to time by TWDCHK and/or the relevant merchant(s).

5. Data Privacy:
- By participating in this campaign, you are deemed to consent to the Organizer collecting, using, disclosing, transferring and processing your personal data for the purposes of matters related to this campaign, including but not limited to:
i.   administering this campaign;
ii. selecting the winners; and
iii. facilitating Prize collection.
- You hereby confirm that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy and our Supplement Privacy Policy for Hong Kong (both available on our website), both of which are applicable to this campaign.

6. Disqualification:
- TWDCHK reserves the right to disqualify any participants that do not meet eligibility criteria or fail to comply with these terms and conditions, any related terms and/or policies.

7. Limitation of Liability:
- TWDCHK is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost entries, or other issues that may affect this campaign.
- TWDCHK makes no representation or warranty as to the Prize. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TWDCHK shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense, charge, damage, claim, demand, proceeding, action, obligation or liability (including without limitation, any injury, damage, loss or expense of any nature) suffered by the winner or any other person resulting from or in connection with the Prize.

8. Amendments and Termination:
- TWDCHK reserves the right to vary, substitute or cancel the Prize, amend or supplement these terms and conditions and modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign at any time without notice.
- In the event of any disputes, the decision of TWDCHK shall be final.
- In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
