Terms and Conditions

By participating in this campaign, you are deemed to agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (and any amendments thereto), to authorize The Walt Disney Company (Hong Kong) Limited (“TWDCHK”) and any third party designated by TWDCHK (collectively, the “Organizer”) to use your personal information provided for the purposes of matters related to this campaign, and represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements set out herein below upon participation.

1. Eligibility:

• This campaign is only open to eligible Disney+ subscribers with an active Hong Kong Disney+ subscription who have received an email from Disney+ to participate in this campaign.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• To be eligible for the Movie Vouchers (as defined below), you must successfully renew your Disney+ subscription during the Promotion Period in accordance with the instructions provided by Disney+.
• Eligibility for this campaign and successful renewal of your Disney+ subscription will be determined based on TWDCHK's records.

2. Promotion Period:

• This campaign commences on 2 November 2026 at 00:00 HKT and ends on 16 December 2026 at 23:59 HKT.

3. How to Participate:

• During the Promotion Period, an eligible Disney+ subscriber must successfully renew their Disney+ subscription in accordance with the campaign invitation email and instructions provided by Disney+.

4. Movie Vouchers:

• Each eligible Disney+ subscriber who successfully renews their Disney+ subscription during the Promotion Period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will receive one (1) set of two (2) Emperor Cinemas movie vouchers (the “Movie Vouchers”).
• Each primary Disney+ account is entitled to a maximum of one (1) set of two (2) Movie Vouchers under this campaign, regardless of the number of profiles or users associated with such Disney+ account.
• Each Movie Voucher is redeemable for one (1) 2D movie ticket at Emperor Cinemas and Emperor Cinemas Plus+ in Hong Kong and is valid for one (1) year from its issue date.
• The Movie Vouchers are not applicable to Emperor Cinemas locations outside Hong Kong, VIP Theatre - the CORONET, preview shows, film festivals, alternative programmes, live broadcast programmes, bulk purchase or house bookings, or movies with special engagement with film distributors.
• A surcharge may be required for long movies, IMAX, 2D, 3D and 4D movies, ATMOS movies, movies with special engagement with film distributors and designated movies.
• Each Movie Voucher may only be used once and is redeemable for one movie ticket only. The Movie Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, resold or used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
• A Movie Voucher will be invalid if lost, stolen, defaced, altered or damaged. Invalid Movie Vouchers are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
• Movie Vouchers are subject to the applicable terms and conditions and/or policies of Emperor Cinemas.

5. Designated Movies:

• The availability and theatrical release schedules of the designated movies featured in this campaign are subject to change.
• In the event of any change to the theatrical release schedule or availability of a designated movie, or other circumstances beyond TWDCHK's reasonable control, TWDCHK reserves the right to amend or substitute the designated movie lineup.
• Redemption of the Movie Vouchers remains subject to the applicable terms and conditions of Emperor Cinemas, including any applicable movie, cinema, screening and surcharge restrictions.

6. Movie Voucher Notification and Fulfilment:

• Eligible Disney+ subscribers who have successfully fulfilled the requirements of this campaign shall receive the Movie Vouchers in accordance with the fulfilment instructions communicated by TWDCHK.
• Eligible Disney+ subscribers are responsible for ensuring that the contact information associated with their Disney+ account is accurate and up to date.

7. Data Privacy:

• By participating in this campaign, you are deemed to consent to the Organizer, collecting, using, disclosing, transferring and processing your personal data for purposes relating to this campaign, including but not limited to:

(i) administering this campaign;

(ii) verifying your eligibility for this campaign; and

(iii) facilitating the issuance and/or redemption of the Movie Vouchers.

• You hereby confirm that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy and our Supplemental Privacy Policy for Hong Kong (both available on our website), both of which are applicable to this campaign.

8. Disqualification:

• TWDCHK reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not meet the eligibility criteria or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or any applicable terms and/or policies.

9. Limitation of Liability:

• TWDCHK is not responsible for any technical malfunction or other issue that may affect participation in this campaign, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
• TWDCHK makes no representation or warranty as to the Movie Vouchers or any products or services provided by Emperor Cinemas. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TWDCHK shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense, charge, damage, claim, demand, proceeding, action, obligation or liability (including without limitation any injury, damage, loss or expense of any nature) suffered by any participant or any other person resulting from or in connection with the Movie Vouchers or their redemption or use.

10. Amendments and Termination:

• TWDCHK reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions, or modify, suspend or terminate this campaign where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond TWDCHK's reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of TWDCHK shall be final.
• In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
