Terms and Conditions

By participating in this campaign, you are deemed to agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (and any amendments thereto), to authorize The Walt Disney Company (Hong Kong) Limited (“TWDCHK”) and any third party designated by TWDCHK (collectively, the “Organizer”) to use your personal information provided for the purposes of matters related to this campaign, and represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements set out herein below upon participation.

1. Eligibility:

- This campaign is only open to active Disney+ subscribers during the designated promotional period.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Each participant may submit only one entry. If multiple entries are received from the same participant, only the earliest entry by such participant shall qualify for this campaign.

2. Enrolment Period:

- The enrolment commences on 1 June 2025 at 00:00 HKT and ends on 30 June 2025 at 23:59 HKT.

3. How to Enter:

- To enter, you must provide accurate information, including a valid email address associated with an active Disney+ subscription, a valid phone number and postal address.
- You must answer the designated question to complete the entry.

4. Selection of Winner:

- One winner will be selected at the sole discretion of TWDCHK.

5. Prize:

- The selected winner will win 4 2-Day Hong Kong Disneyland General Admission park tickets and 2-Night complimentary stay at Disney’s Hollywood Hotel (with 20th Anniversary Magical Party Room Pack)(“Prize”).
- The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives, and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
- The Prize shall be subject to the applicable terms and conditions and/or policies, which may be amended or supplemented from time to time by TWDCHK and/or the relevant merchant(s).

6. Winner Notification:

- Winners will be notified via email and/or phone call within 11 days after the end of the enrolment period. Winners shall follow the instructions provided by the Organizer for Prize collection. Winners shall complete a Prize acceptance form and return it via email by the deadline designated by the Organizer. Failure to timely complete and submit the required Prize acceptance form will result in disqualification from claiming the Prize.
- If the Organizer does not receive the required response from the winner within the above 811-day period, TWDCHK may re-select the winner.
- The winner must hold an active Disney+ subscription on the date of prize collection to be eligible for the Prize.
- The Organizer will not separately notify the non-awardees, those who forfeit their eligibility for Prize, or those who had their eligibility for Prize cancelled due to qualification/information discrepancies.

7. Data Privacy:

- By participating in this campaign, you are deemed to consent to the Organizer collecting, using, disclosing, transferring and processing your personal data for the purposes of matters related to this campaign, including but not limited to:
i.   administering this campaign;
ii. selecting the winners; and
iii.facilitating Prize collection.
- You hereby confirm that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy and our Supplement Privacy Policy for Hong Kong (both available on our website), both of which are applicable to this campaign.

8. Disqualification:

- TWDCHK reserves the right to disqualify any participants that do not meet eligibility criteria or fail to comply with these terms and conditions, any related terms and/or policies.

9. Limitation of Liability:

- TWDCHK is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost entries, or other issues that may affect this campaign.
- TWDCHK makes no representation or warranty as to the Prize. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TWDCHK shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense, charge, damage, claim, demand, proceeding, action, obligation or liability (including without limitation, any injury, damage, loss or expense of any nature) suffered by the winner or any other person resulting from or in connection with the Prize.

10. Amendments and Termination:

- TWDCHK reserves the right to vary, substitute or cancel the Prize, amend or supplement these terms and conditions and modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign at any time without notice.
- In the event of any disputes, the decision of TWDCHK shall be final.
- In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
